Cassioli continues its commitment to an increasingly sustainable company.
Thanks to the nearly 500 photovoltaic panels (Canadian Solar with a nominal power of 315 Wp each) installed above our new industrial building, we have achieved the production of 250,000 kWh of energy from renewable sources. Of these, 230,000 kWh were self-consumed within the company for the needs of the work activity, while the remaining 20,000 kWh were fed back into the grid through the so-called “on-site exchange”. Thanks to the use of photovoltaic panels, our company has recorded a saving of 162,000 kg of carbon dioxide released into the air, equal to the absorption capacity of over 6000 trees. An important step forward to contribute to the protection of the environment, implementing green policies that aim to produce clean electricity and make us more aware of the important role that each of us has in respecting the ecosystem that surrounds us.
