Lines for sandwich panels

Cassioli uses its experience to support companies dedicated to the production of insulated panels in polyurethane and stone wool. Our company can create complete automatic serving lines for the production and transport of sandwich panels, with systems that allow the both continuous production (with a fully automatic line, therefore suitable for large production volumes) and staged production (first producing the semi-shells with sheet-metal profiles and then coupling the profiles to the insulation in a press, suitable for smaller production volumes).

Cassioli systems allow automation of the entire process for processing all types of insulated roof or wall panels, whether they are made of rock wool, PIR foam or Polyurethane.

All the various phases of the process of cutting, turning slats, offset alignment and insertion inside the sheets of both battens and wedges (for roof panels) take place automatically without intervention of the operator, who simply feeds the piles of insulation material at the beginning of the line and performs standard supervision for the rest of the operations.

Cassioli also takes care of preparing the panel for shipment, picking it up after cutting and returning the stack of panels at the end of the line, packed and complete with polystyrene blocks to facilitate subsequent handling necessary for shipment. All stages of the process (cooling, turning, stack formation, stack packing and insertion of the polystyrene blocks) are automatic.
