Assembly Lines for Household Appliances

Over the years in the household appliances sector, Cassioli has installed hundreds of automatic lines all over the world for the production of refrigerators, freezers, dishwashers, washing machines, ovens, hobs, dryers, air conditioners, and wall and floor-standing boilers. As a supplier, the systems offered by Cassioli are provided complete with handling devices such as conveyors of any type, lifts, tilters, rotary tables, manipulators, robotic areas, palletizers and depalletizers, tightening systems, automated transfer machines and pushers.

Utilizing single-line/multi-line Cartesian coordinate robots, we can guarantee high performance in terms of cycle time, loading capacity, and management of multiple codes. In the robotic stations Cassioli offers its customers a full range of special gripping, hooking and machining devices according to the specific requirements of the customer. Each workstation is designed with the utmost care: both automatic and robotic stations are designed to guarantee optimise functionality and system potential, and to offer the best ergonomics and safety conditions for operators.
