FAST2CHECK EASY PLUS

Automatic Tray Return Systems for hand luggage checking with special line for suspicious baggage handling

FAST2CHECK EASY PLUS is the ideal checkpoint model for all airports that need to speed up baggage control procedures, having little available space but requiring advanced management of suspicious baggage. Like the EASY model, FAST2CHECK EASY PLUS features the Queue Beater system in the initial section and recirculation of the trays with gravity conveyor return line. In addition to the above, the Plus model also includes a special sorting line dedicated to suspicious baggage at the airport. Once out of the x-ray machine for inspection, the suspicious trays are selected and directed into a parallel line where the operator can carefully check the material detected as unsuitable. Once the luggage has been inspected, the empty trays return to the starting point via a raised gravity conveyor return line. It should be noted that it is possible to configure a motorized conveyor belt for the return of the trays even with the above configuration.

Suspicious baggage sorting line

An innovative separation line for suspicious airport baggage allows quick and fully automatic selection of trays identified as “suspicious”, i.e. non-compliant with security standards. The trays move through a high-speed exchange device. The time required for a deviation is less than 1.5 seconds. This special system guarantees very fast response times and no interference with the route of the trays.
