RGV Systems – Rail Guided Vehicles

SLSs (Shuttle Loop System) are Cassioli’s RGV systems consisting of several rapid and independent self-propelled, self-steering, mobile units moving on a closed circuit consisting of monorail loop. Cassioli’s RGV system is a fast, flexible and easy-install method of transporting large quantities of heavy goods over long distances, at low cost and with high efficiency. Cassioli SLSs are perfectly adapted to the customer’s needs, differing according to weight and size, single or multiple load, and function and type of load. Various types of materials can be loaded on SLS shuttles, such as pallets, boxes, cartons, trays, racks, skids, finished products, semi-finished and raw materials.

SLS

Cassioli’s SLS solution is a single-rail shuttle that allows you to plan routes with minimal curvature radius. SLS has the advantage, compared to a conventional conveyor solution, of allowing unscheduled selective management of load units.

SLS CABIN

Cassioli’s SLS Cabin is the ideal solution in operating contexts where the unit to be transported follows a path above the work areas where operators are present. To ensure maximum safety, the SLS Cabin system prevents any accidental fall due to an unstable load by confining the load inside a cabin.

SLS MULTI-LOAD

Cassioli’s SLS Multi-load combines the advantages of handling with an RGV system and the Multi-load configuration, so that individual shuttles can transport two or more items simultaneously to maximize transport flow.
