offers services to constantly guarantee the correct operation of machinery and safe working conditions.

  • Predictive maintenance: through the collection and processing of predictive signals, future issues are identified and early intervention prevents plant downtime
  • Routine maintenance: plan of visits and actions to maintain plant integrity and performance
  • Software updates: maintenance of software applications to maximize performance
  • Unscheduled maintenance: on-site operations to restore the correct operation of systems

Training

The importance of nurturing internal know-how of resources.
Reliability and maintenance are issues that meet the increasingly critical need to reduce risks related to possible product and process faults, also improving perceived quality.
Knowledge of reliability models, maintenance strategies and the ability to apply these methodologies to machinery/ processes allows a reduction in the number of faults, ensuring adequate safety levels, increasing operating time between faults and minimizing maintenance costs, all key objectives of the issues addressed.
Through training, Cassioli handles the two themes with the aim of harmonisation between them, allowing them to provide operators with know-how regarding reliability and maintenance of components and systems and the appropriate skills for their practical implementation with products and processes. Spare parts

Supply of spare parts kits already identified in the design phase.
The efficient management of system spare parts is essential to reduce maintenance costs in the event of fault and also relative to preventive maintenance. This is why Cassioli, right from the project phase, is able to advise its customers on the correct supply of spare parts kits required for their system, supporting the customer in terms of time and cost savings in the event of faults or future replacements.
Cassioli offers advice on spare parts by identifying the most critical ones for the operation of the plant and those that would create a slowdown in operation due to the difficult availability of materials.

Smartline

Smartline is the Cassioli hotline that can be activated with an annual plan at the customer’s request up to 24 hours a day. A remote maintenance program allows direct access to warehouse functions and immediate intervention to resolve any issues.

Where needed, Cassioli is also able to guarantee optimal on-site assistance, with offices and sales teams in various locations around the world.

The CASSIOLI remote-assistance system provides customers with real-time assistance and support for any type of problem.
