This is why Cassioli, right from the project phase, is able to advise its customers on the correct supply of spare parts kits required for their system, supporting the customer in terms of time and cost savings in the event of faults or future replacements.
Cassioli offers advice on spare parts by identifying the most critical ones for the operation of the plant and those that would create a slowdown in operation due to the difficult availability of materials.
Smartline is the Cassioli hotline that can be activated with an annual plan at the customer’s request up to 24 hours a day. A remote maintenance program allows direct access to warehouse functions and immediate intervention to resolve any issues.
Where needed, Cassioli is also able to guarantee optimal on-site assistance, with offices and sales teams in various locations around the world.
