Assembly Lines for Car Seats

With many years of experience in the field of automation and industrial handling, Cassioli can produce complete lines for the assembly of car seats.

From automatic assembly lines and robotic areas with anthropomorphic robots through to testing systems, Cassioli provides the customer with numerous automatic systems for testing, handling and assembly of components, speeding up the various operations and guaranteeing maximum efficiency.

In addition to conveyors and multiple systems for handling components and the finished product, Cassioli completes the package with installation and integration of devices required for the production process such as zero-gravity lifter, tapers, shrink-wrapping machines, labellers, scales and much more. Cassioli provides the customer with specific workstations for the packaging and shipping of car seats, as well as automated warehouses with stacker cranes for storage of the finished product.
