The many devices capable of integration with our systems include automated vehicles such as AGVs and SLSs specific to the tire and doping machine sector, also known as spraying machines or painting machines.

Our Integrations
SLS Floor – Shuttle Loop System
Cassioli’s SLSs (Shuttle Loop System) consist of several rapid and independent self-propelled, self-steering, mobile units moving on a closed circuit consisting of monorail loop fixed to the ground: they allow flexible transfer of the product from one part of the plant to another, reducing lead time (crossing time) compared to a conveyor system.
Special AGV for Green Tires
Cassioli’s Automatic Guided Vehicle (AGV) system is a flexible way to handle load units with a high level of automation. The Cassioli AGV system guarantees full integration with the high-level information system used by the customer (customer host, departmental system, SAP, etc.) and with other handling systems or devices. AGVs can be made with natural navigation or laser navigation (LGV).

The painting machine, also referred to as a doping or spraying machine, is a machine used for application of emulsions on the inner surfaces of green tires.
