Roller conveyors for tire handling

Roller conveyors are industrial systems used for the transfer of raw materials, pallets, green tires and finished tires within industrial tire-production settings. Roller conveyors allow significant time savings and an increased plant efficiency. Roller conveyors streamline the transfer of products or semi-finished products along predetermined routes, reducing the physical work of operators.
When the rollers are able to rotate via an electric motor, they are referred to as “motorized rollers”. Rollers that rely on a slope and the force of gravity to let tires slide without using a motor are called “idle rollers”.

Spiral conveyors for vertical transport of tires

Spiral conveyors for the tire industry offer a compact and reliable solution for the vertical transport of tires within the production chain.
The spiral simply and safely provides a continuous flow, like a normal conveyor belt. The spiral conveyor design saves space and makes it easy to move tires or other types of load from one level to another in the plant or to create a buffer in a tight space utilizing the change in level.
