The Multi-Level Shuttle (MLS) is an innovative storage system composed of individual mini stacker cranes, characterized by their compact size and high performance. These cranes can be stacked within the same aisle, thereby increasing the system’s throughput. In an automatic warehouse, whether single or double-depth, the Multi-Level Shuttle operates within dedicated storage racks and features lightweight shuttles capable of achieving higher performance levels compared to traditional stacker cranes for storage and retrieval operations.

Thanks to the arrangement of multiple shuttles stacked one above the other, the warehouse can be configured flexibly, and the system’s modularity allows it to be tailored to the customer’s needs, production capacities, and the type of product being handled. Its compact design and reduced weight contribute to making the system more dynamic, ensuring greater productivity, high storage density, excellent energy efficiency, and low maintenance costs.

Cassioli’s MLS is designed for storing different types of materials and products. Like all Cassioli systems, the Multi-Level Shuttle is managed by in-house developed software, featuring a simple and intuitive interface that integrates seamlessly with the customer’s management software.
