Cassioli S.r.l. announces the completion of the formal procedures relating to its exit from Sacmi Cassioli Intralogistics S.r.l., which will be renamed Sacmi Intralogistics S.r.l.
The decision was mutually agreed upon by the parties as part of a strategic reorganization, with the aim of allowing both companies to independently pursue their respective growth and development paths in the intralogistics sector.
Despite the end of the shareholding relationship, Cassioli and Sacmi will continue to cooperate in the management of existing contracts, ensuring operational continuity for ongoing projects and maintaining their commercial relationships.
Both companies also reaffirm their commitment to leveraging the expertise and synergies developed during their collaboration, while continuing an open and constructive dialogue.
