Since the beginning of 2025, Carlo Cassioli has taken on the role of President of Cassioli, bringing with him over forty years of experience in the company and a clear vision for the future.
As a son of the Cassioli family, which has led the company for more than 80 years, Carlo has been instrumental in transforming Cassioli from a local artisan business into an international leader in industrial automation and intralogistics, guiding its expansion into strategic markets such as Brazil, Poland, and the USA. His hands-on experience – including the years he personally spent overseeing the launch of Cassioli Brasil – has strengthened his ability to combine entrepreneurial vision with operational pragmatism.
Today, under his presidency, Cassioli is developing a new strategic plan aimed at:
consolidating the excellent results achieved in 2024 (+16.7% growth)
expanding its presence in new international markets
investing in innovation, sustainability, and digitalization
