Automatic Warehouses for Green Tire

Once out of the TBMs, the Green Tires are transported to the intermediate warehouses for Green Tire, waiting to be vulcanized inside the presses. In fact, to make the presses work at full speed, Green Tires must be immediately available in stock. The high performance levels that can be achieved, in terms of the use of intensive storage areas, therefore justify the implementation of automatic warehouses with stacker cranes. Compared to manual storage systems, automatic warehouses guarantee greater loading and handling potential and therefore represent the ideal solution in industrial plants dedicated to the production of tires. The Cassioli automatic warehouse for Green Tire is a completely customizable system, which allows the storage units to be arranged according to the specific needs of the customer, in terms of available space, capacity and flows. The Cassioli experts provide four families of machines, which, according to the needs of the manufacturer, allow to obtain a highly customized and optimized solution in terms of costs and benefits:
