Cassioli’s Paper & Board Division was created to bring the experience and technologies developed by the company across numerous industrial sectors to the corrugated cardboard industry. The division focuses on designing dedicated, highly customized solutions capable of meeting the specific needs of paper and board manufacturers. Cassioli offers automation solutions for every type of material in this sector, from the handling and storage of raw materials to work-in-progress (WIP) and finished goods (FG) ready for shipment. By integrating the latest automation and intralogistics technologies, the company supports the optimization of production and logistics flows throughout the entire process. A modular and flexible approach allows each solution to be adapted to space constraints, various load formats, and required productivity levels, ensuring efficiency, reliability, and sustainability.
Cassioli stacker cranes for the Paper & Board sector are designed to efficiently manage the entire storage process, from semi-finished products (WIP) to finished goods (FG). Solutions include High Bay Warehouses (HBW) with high-performance stacker cranes and multi-fork systems, ideal for both greenfield plants and brownfield contexts, where self-supporting structures can be built or available height can be maximized. Depending on formats and space constraints, Cassioli also offers cantilever structures, particularly suitable for handling bulky and non-standard loads. For finished product storage, the range spans from standard two-fork stacker cranes with double-depth storage to advanced multi-fork systems. The latter guarantee maximum flexibility in managing pallets of different sizes, including jumbo formats, allowing multiple configurations within the same storage cell and eliminating the need for slave pallets.
