Il Cassioli Group is a leading international player in the design and manufacture of material handling and industrial automation systems with high technological integration.

The company develops tailor-made solutions based on in-depth production flow analysis, designing automated plants that cover the entire value chain: production and assembly lines, packaging and sorting systems, automated warehouses, and high-density storage systems. Each solution is engineered to optimize throughput, lead times, and resource utilization, reducing operating costs and process inefficiencies.

The technology portfolio includes handling systems for finished and semi-finished products, smart warehouses with computerized management and full material traceability, Automated Guided Vehicles (AGVs), RGV systems, and modular conveyors. All systems are designed to ensure high standards of reliability, safety, and scalability, with full integration with major management software and MES/WMS systems.

Total system connectivity enables real-time monitoring, advanced diagnostics, and remote assistance, ensuring operational continuity and reduced response times. Development in other industrial sectors

It was in the 1970s that Cassioli developed further, launching design and production of automatic lines and handling systems for various industrial sectors.

1996

New sales offices

With the creation of new plants abroad and thanks to expansion of Cassioli systems in international markets, in 2009 the company began to open sales offices and establish important partnerships in various parts of the world, including the US, Argentina, Great Britain, Spain and Russia.

2011

Tire Division

In 2015, Cassioli expanded into the Tire market, with cutting-edge systems for the production, handling and storage of tyres and green tires.

2022

An efficient modern business

Today, the Cassioli Group is an efficient, modern business, both in terms of the high-tech specifications of its systems and its entirely in-house expertise, which allows the company to develop customized solutions based on the specific needs of its customers.

70's years

Cassioli Brazil

1996 saw establishment of Cassioli Brazil, the company’s first foreign production plant.

2009

Airport Division

An aptitude for innovation and research into practical, modern and efficient solutions has ensured that, in addition to the distribution and production logistics sectors, Cassioli has also broadened its horizons to include other industrial sectors. This led to opening of the Airport Division in 2011.

2015

New production plant in USA

After opening an important sales office in Birmingham, Alabama (2009), in 2022 Cassioli USA moves to Newnan, Georgia, where is inaugurated the first Cassioli production plant in the United States of America.

La nascita di Cassioli

Cassioli, con sede a Torrita di Siena, nasce nel 1943 come officina artigianale a conduzione familiare. Con il passare degli anni la piccola azienda inizia a crescere e a specializzarsi nella realizzazione di attrezzature per la movimentazione del legno.

ANNI 70

Sviluppo in altri settori industriali

È negli anni Settanta che Cassioli si sviluppa ulteriormente, avviando la progettazione e la produzione di linee automatiche e sistemi di movimentazione per diversi settori industriali.

ANNI 90

L'espansione verso nuovi mercati

Il percorso di crescita di Cassioli inizia con l’apertura e l’investimento nei mercati esteri: nascono nuove realtà con identità industriali proprie, autonome dal punto di vista della potenzialità progettuale, produttiva e commerciale. Dopo aver consolidato le proprie competenze e dopo l’affermazione dell’azienda nel mercato italiano, nascono altri stabilimenti produttivi oltreconfine.

1996

Cassioli Brasile

Nel 1996 nasce Cassioli Brasil, il primo stabilimento produttivo all’estero dell’azienda.

2005

Cassioli Polska

Nel 2005 nasce Cassioli Polska, in Polonia.

2009

Nuovi uffici commerciali

Con la nascita dei nuovi stabilimenti oltreconfine e grazie all’espansione dei sistemi Cassioli nei mercati internazionali, nel 2009 l’azienda inizia ad aprire degli uffici commerciali e a installare importanti partnership in varie parti del mondo, tra cui Stati Uniti d’America, Argentina, Gran Bretagna, Spagna e Russia.

2011

Divisione airport

L’attitudine all’innovazione e alla ricerca di soluzioni pratiche, moderne ed efficienti, ha fatto in modo che Cassioli allargasse i suoi orizzonti anche verso settori industriali differenti. È così che nel 2011 viene inaugurata la divisione aeroportuale, con la Cassioli Airport Division.

2015

Divisione Tire

Nel 2015 Cassioli si espande nel mercato del “Tire”, con sistemi all’avanguardia per la produzione, la movimentazione e lo stoccaggio di pneumatici e green tire.

2022

Nuovo stabilimento produttivo in USA

Dopo aver aperto un importante ufficio commerciale a Birmingham, Alabama (2009), nel 2022 Cassioli USA si sposta a Newnan, Georgia, dove viene inaugurato anche il primo stabilimento produttivo Cassioli negli Stati Uniti d’America.
