SA8000 COMPLAINTS MANAGEMENT

In order to ensure that employees, customers, suppliers, and all stakeholders can actively contribute to the improvement of the Social Responsibility Management System, Cassioli allows for complaints and/or suggestions to be made. Complaints and/or suggestions must relate to facts and/or events of abuse, offense, or illegality in the workplace or related to it, and that are contrary to the principles of social responsibility of the SA8000 standard.

HOW TO MAKE COMPLAINTS:

EMPLOYEES

 

All employees can communicate complaints and/or suggestions to the Company in the following ways:

  • by sending an email to the dedicated mailbox SA8000@cassioli.com
  • by directly contacting the Workers’ Representative for SA8000 (RLS) during working hours or a member of the RSU
  • by depositing the complaint/suggestion form in the company’s “listening point” box, located under the stairs leading to the canteen (blank complaint/suggestion forms are available at the listening point)
