For each new project, CASSIOLI proposes a single person as the contact expert, who will follow the customer through all the various pre- and post-sale stages. The Project Manager’s role is to coordinate all the activities involved in the new project and act on any new customer requirements. Integrity, competence and the capacity of viewing customer needs as one’s own and the customer as a partner.
