Accurate planning of the activities required to create a system is the starting point for solid customer relations. CASSIOLI is aware of the economic relevance, from the customer point of view, of reliable forecasting in all stages related to an order.

The usual schedule of activities related to plant design and deployment achieves the following goals:

• Respect of delivery terms
• Control of work in progress
• Elimination of dead-time
• Correct use of technical means and labor
• Identification of critical activities that influence the duration of the whole project.

Correct planning is one of the “win-win” strategies established with the customer: planning allows CASSIOLI to rationally allocate time to activities (thereby reducing costs) while the customer is guaranteed that delivery terms are met.
