Design

Through initial "what if" studies and cost-benefits analysis for alternative solutions, the task of CASSIOLI's experts is to build concise indications so that the customer can really make the best possible investment choice.
To accomplish this goal, the study takes into account all the factors that concur to define the investment size, up to the required detail level. The feasibility study is composed of several interlinked parts, which lead to an overall plant project, capable of defining all the necessary technical and organizational choices.

The project is not limited to a single CASSIOLI system but aims to study, size and organize in a global view:

  • The single, specific devices which composes the manufacturing and distribution system;
  • Service plants equipments (utilities);
  • Material handling systems, to keep material flows within the manufacturing or distribution process;
  • Workstations and areas for storing materials (finished goods, WIP, raw materials).
