Through initial “what if” studies and cost-benefit analyses to search for alternative solutions, CASSIOLI experts work at creating concise indications that can guide customers towards the best possible investment choice. To reach this goal, the study takes into account, in the greatest detail required for the purpose, all the factors that concur in the definition of the investment size. The feasibility study is composed of several, inter-connected parts, which lead to an overall plant project, which defines all the necessary technical and organizational choices.

The final project is not limited to a single CASSIOLI system, but aims to study, size and organize the plant globally:

  • The single, specific devices that make up the manufacturing and distribution system;
  • The service system equipment (utilities);
  • The material handling systems, to maintain material flows within the manufacturing or distribution process;
  • The workstations and areas for material storing (finished goods, WIP, raw materials).
