Robotized areas. CASSIOLI creates robotized areas to automate assembly, production, packaging and serving activities. The solutions offered range from simple pick and place system to complex multi-axis systems designed as a single station or as a fully automated assembly line. The most sophisticated systems include last-generation video systems with an elevated processing capacity that allow for greater “intelligence in the workplace".

Some possible applications are:

• Assembly on assembly lines (automated loading of the piece on the line, screwdriver with torque control, placing of glass panels – semi-finished products - panes with application of seals / mono- or bi-component sealant, etc.)
• Automated production (welding, deburring, painting, finishing, cutting, etc.)
• Functional testing on assembly lines (check or inspection of the characteristics of the object to the tested: quality control with viewing system, piece functionality test, etc.)
• Handling (from single, small, metal items, up to entire large-sized assemblies)
• Machine serving systems (based on the piece, accumulation tables, baskets, component holding pallets, vertical loaders, vibrating feeders, etc. may be provided)
