Automatic Picking

The FAST automated warehouse uses a unique device and a patented operating method that can extract or deposit even single packages on a shelf where there are already many packages.

Automated picking with the FAST system:

• Picking solution that may be used only with specific CASSIOLI stacker cranes
• Limited manpower requirements, only for system supervision
• Practically absolute order accuracy and precision, given the high degree of automation in order filling.

The M1 automated warehouse, specifically designed to store panels, manages entire stacks at infeed. Instead, at outfeed the M1 system can pick and present single panels, by means of automated picking.

Automated picking with the M1 system:

• Specific solution that may be used only with specific CASSIOLI stacker cranes
• No material damage to panels thanks to the absence of operators for picking activities.
