This family of vehicles uses roller conveyors, tape conveyors or chain conveyors as unit loading/unloading devices, depending on the kind of products carried. The mounted handling device allows for lifting, lowering, rotating or otherwise controlling the object carried, depending on specific needs. Handling of crates, boxes and pallets is performed with a high degree of accuracy and safety, allowing for smart and effective room allocation. The use of this type of cart is justified by intensive product flow across large warehouses. Differently from fork LGVs, deck LGVs need smaller manouvering spaces. The possibility to carry more than one load unit makes this kind of cart the right choice for long routes.
