LGV
Automatic guidance carts by CASSIOLI are particularly useful to handle load units in industrial sectors characterized by a high degree of automation, where materials flows are particularly variable and complex. This product is also indicated for contexts where igienic, microbiologic or temperature conditions do not allow for complete personnel safety. CASSIOLI's carts flexibility represents the correct investment choice, since all features of the whole system can be entirely reprogrammed, hence radically changing the functions to be accomplished. Supervising LGV plants is possibile thanks to intuitive displays which describe in real-time the current warehouse situation. The interfaces developed by our technicians warrant total integration with other devices (rack feeders, robotized areas, palletizers, handling lines, and so on) and with the high-level information system employed by the customer.
Deck Loading LGV
Automatic vehicles for industrial contexts characterized by high product flow. Loading/unloading operations are automated by means of rollers, chain or tape decks.
Fork LGV
Highly flexible automatic vehicles. The forks allow for picking up or depositing load units directly onto the floor or at predetermined heights. Also available with extensible forks.
Custom LGV
Special automated vehicles for handling very heavy, particular load units (for example, reels). The typology of materials carried requires specific holding devices.
Technology
CASSIOLI's control system is capable of monitoring all information related to positioning and vehicles status, as well as requests forwarded by the manufacturing system.
