WCS (Warehouse Control System)CASSIOLI's WCS provides for connecting all the warehouse subsystems. Subordination to a higher level system (Host) allows for customizing WCS to specific requirements of the production and distribution context.
CASSIOLI's WCS solution identifies data for the materials being handled in such a way to optimize the use of specific devices (robots, LGVs, palletizers, depalletizers, packagers, tapers, drilling machines, labelers, etc.). CASSIOLI's solution provides for objects transfer (packages, pallets, crates, etc.) from one workstation to the next in the shortest time possible, as well as communication among the various handling system segments and workstations.
All components of the handling system (PLCs, automatic and semiautomatic stations) are represented on the display module clearly and precisely.
