Based on the requirements provided by the customer, our solutions are capable of verifying the operation of washing machines, dishwashers, cooktops and refrigerators.
Our systems are capable of detecting and recording all the characteristic parameters of the product under test, such as current draw, temperature, noise level, rotating elements operation and other meaningful values. Analysis of recorded values over time produces the test report.
CASSIOLI's software uses complex algorithms which, depending on the particular situation, perform statistical, neural networks-based data processing. This methodology, given a historical data series, allows for extracting data and models without any further testing or experimentation.
Our systems, completely integrated with the customer's information system, are synchronized with the handling system and allow for displaying testing stations layout (diagram with station number, codes relating to the product being tested, starting date and time, current status).
Besides traditional testing systems, for particular industrial contexts (for example, refrigerators) CASSIOLI is capable of providing infrared technology-based solutions. By means of the thermocamera, it is possible to produce a graphical representations of infrared power spectra emitted by the product being tested.
