Tensor

Tensor is the CASSIOLI heavy-duty stacker crane, for accurate handling of heavy load units (up to 2000 kg) on a high number of storage levels. The design of the column, the configuration of the base and the type or rail used are capable of handling the large amount of motion generated by the system in absolute safety.

The machine’s structural solidity also allows for machine operation in double depth allocation and picking.

Naturally, as for all CASSIOLI stacker cranes, special forks may be fitted to maximize storage density or minimize fork cycle time. In addition to using leading edge three-phase technology, CASSIOLI also provides efficient energy recovery systems: during deceleration, the kinetic energy accumulated by the machine is converted into electric energy that may be used by machine driver, by other stacker cranes and by the company electrical system.
