Raptor

Raptor is CASSIOLI’s miniload system for high access frequency and high selectivity storage needs, for load units below 100 kg. Its lightweight, monocolumn structure allows for translation speeds of up to 6 m/s.

CASSIOLI technicians will propose the picking device best suited to the characteristics of the handling load (finger, side picking, tray, belt, etc.). System customizing provides for single or double depth or multiple item picking mechanisms. The elevated cinematic performance is ideal for storage of high turnover items.

In addition to using leading edge three-phase technology, CASSIOLI also provides efficient energy recovery systems: during deceleration, the kinetic energy accumulated by the machine is converted into electric energy that may be used by machine driver, by other stacker cranes and by the company electrical system.
