Process Analysis

In every new CASSIOLI line, a detailed analysis of the assembly process identifies the elementary operations, as well as their correlations and duration. In this way, it is possible to assign functions to each workstation through aggregation of different elementary operations, taking into account expected productivity goals, flexibility and workstation compactness, specific automation of particular operations and load balancing for the whole assembly line.

Our qualified technicians are capable to provide the right kind of information for partial or total parallelizing of the assembly system, whenever the individual analyzed stations, even though complete from a functional standpoint, were not able to achieve the required productivity goals. Experience acquired by CASSIOLI in so many years can determine the right trade-off between typical parallel systems flexibility (possibility of line specializing, set-up time reduction, greater production flexibility and operational reliability) and all costs related to replicated devices (wider area requirements, a more complex handling system, greaters stock levels in workstations or increased flow of materials supply).
