To lead and make a company work requires a systemic perspective, as well as a transparent and shared management. To this end, the implementation of the Quality Management System, complying to UNI EN ISO 9001, 2000 ed. norm, represents CASSIOLI's strategic choice to ensure product needs are satisfied and to lead the company toward constant performance improvement.

CASSIOLI promotes a culture devoted to quality. We support company committment to satisfy Total Quality System requirements, to constantly improve effectiveness, to manage knowledge (providing the right information to the right person at the right time), and favoring the involvement of all human resources by valueing their personal competences and their training. People, at any level, are the company's essence. Only through involvement and awareness of their active role in the company's processes can their abilities be put at the service of common objectives, to pursue continuous performance improvement.

It was with this kind of awareness in mind that the company initiated a quality and services monitoring system, as they are perceived by the customer, relating to the company's capacity to meet the requirements.

Environment care, compliance to pertinent laws about environment, pollution reduction and company's global environmental performance improvement are the foundations of CASSIOLI's entrepreneurial strategy (UNI EN ISO 14001, 2004 ed.). Our management is strongly committed to improve company's performances, to prevent or reduce environmental impact related to its productive activity and to control all processes and activities relating to the environment in any way.
