Quality and Environment
Running and managing a company successfully requires a systemic, transparent and shared business vision. To this end, the implementation of the Quality Management System, in compliance with UNI EN ISO 9001 ed. 2008 standards, represents CASSIOLIs strategic choice to ensure that product requirements are met and to lead the company towards ongoing performance improvement.
CASSIOLI promotes a company culture focused on quality and supports corporate commitment to satisfying the requirements of the Quality Management System, to constantly improving efficiency and to managing knowledge (providing the right information to the right person at the right time), and favoring empowerment of all human resources by acknowledging the value of personal competencies and professional training. People, whatever their work level, are the heart of a company; only if they are involved and aware of their active role in company processes will their abilities be fully put to the service of shared objectives, to pursue continuing performance improvement.
CASSIOLI also considers the objective of CUSTOMER SATISFACTION as a top priority, and so customers receive our undivided attention in order to ensure that expectations are met and satisfaction is guaranteed. Building on this kind of awareness, the company initiated a system to monitor product and services quality as perceived by customers, relating to the companys capacity to meet expectations.
Environmental care, compliance to pertinent laws regarding the environment, the reduction of pollution emissions and the improvement of the companys global environmental performance are key elements in the CASSIOLI business strategy (UNI EN ISO 14001 ed. 2004). Management is strongly dedicated to improving company performance and preventing or reducing environmental impact related to its production processes and to constantly monitoring process and activities in any way related to the environment. To this end, we have planned and implemented an ongoing programmed aimed at involving, training and updating personnel, at all levels, and especially personnel employed in activities related to the environment and to pollution prevention.
CASSIOLI company personnel are directly involved in:
- guarantying compliance with obligatory laws in force and with regulations applicable to CASSIOLI activities as well as the conformity of Environmental Policies to the requirements of all interested parties;
- systematically observe and monitor all environmental aspects of their activities and the consequent impacts on the territory, especially as regards wastes, sewage and atmospheric emissions;
- assess in advance, prevent and reduce possible environmental impacts resulting from new activities and emergency situations;
- develop, implement, revise and improve the Environment Management System;
- design and implement programs aimed at reaching the defined objectives and milestones for ongoing performance improvement vis-ą-vis environmental issues;
- promote involvement, information and training regarding human resources, suppliers and external organizations;
- maintaining open and constructive relations with Public Administration bodies, local communities and individuals who have a legitimate interest in CASSIOLI environmental performance.
