Arçelik represents one of the most thriving industrial realities in Turkey, backed up by a 50 years know-how acquired in the "white" market (refrigerators, washing machines, etc.). With more than 11000 workers, the company is capable of distributing its products across more than 100 countries' markets. Arçelik addressed to CASSIOLI for the design and deployment of an automated warehouse located in Bolu. The plant has a storing capacity of 3700 large metal boxes, for storing electrical appliances components. Load units, weighting about 600kg, are handled by 5 rack feeders, following bays allocation criteria determined by the information system, which in turn performs tracking and tracing of LUs.Optimization of plant's handling capacity is warranted by CASSIOLI's software system which, connected to the company's host, processes pick lists for orders creation and updates stock at every storing and issuing operation.
